• The MetroMac Forums, viewable here on the web site, contain a number of Topic Areas where you can read and post messages. You can "Subscribe" to any or all of these and receive email notice of new postings with hyperlinks to them. All posting and reading of messages is handled through the web interface, and email posting is not supported:

  Use the "Forums" link in the navigation bar at the top to access these forums.

• The Yahoo! Groups area hosts two additional message sections for members who prefer to use email for receiving and posting messages:

  General Discussion Area for General postings regarding metroMac

  Question & Answer Area where you can ask your questions and share your knowledge

  There is a registration process necessary to join the Yahoo! Groups:

  To register follow these steps.
  It is best to get a Yahoo! ID first as it makes the process much easier.

  1. Set up a Yahoo! ID Account at http://groups.yahoo.com/ and select the REGISTER button option on upper right of window. (It's free and comes with an email account as well but you don't have to use it.) You don't need to give too much personal information but do attach a real name to your Yahoo ID so we get to know you a bit better.

     Once that's done, come back to the first page and select which email groups you are subscribing to.

  2. Specify how you want to read and post conference messages and click on [Save Changes].

  In the EDIT MY MEMBERSHIP section you have options to receive email once a day in Digest form or in Individual email messages. You may also choose to keep messages in Plain Text (less graphic Ads from Yahoo!) or Converted to HTML.
